SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- SHIPPING TIME: Will vary from three days to three weeks
depending upon the availability of
the product, alterations and manufacturing. Most items will be shipped in three
- SPECIAL ITEMS: Custom designed or specially
ordered equipment cannot be cancelled.
- Packages will be shipped through Fed Exp, UPS or Common Carrier
depending upon the size & weight of the package.
If your order is shipped via LTL (truck line) it is a
curbside service. This means that you are responsible for getting the equipment
from the back of the truck to your home. You MUST be home at the time of
delivery. . It is your responsibility to make the delivery arrangements with
the trucking company.
If you would like to utilize the extra serviced available
Inside delivery minimum charge of $75.00. You will be
required to help the driver. There is only one person per truck.
Lift gate minimum charge of $75.00
These charges are your responsibility and are not included
in items with free freight. Should you choose when the truck gets there to use
these you are responsible to pay the driver of the truck.
If for some reason delivery arrangements are not made you
are responsible for all freight charges associated with the shipment. This
means shipping to you, from you and if you choose redelivered to you.

- FREIGHT RATES GIVEN ARE APPROXIMATE. WILL INFORM THE ACTUAL FREIGHT RATE
BEFORE SHIPMENT LEAVES THE WAREHOUSE, SHOULD THE RATES BE DIFFERENT.
- DO NOT SIGN THE RECEIPTS IF THE CRATES OR BOXES ARE DAMAGED
- DESCRIBE THE DAMAGES WITH YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE TRUCKERS BILL OF LADING.

If you have changed your mind within 15 days you can return the merchandise

THIS MERCHANDISE WAS CAREFULLY PACKED AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE LEAVING OUR FACTORY. RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS SAFE
DELIVERY WAS ASSUMED BY THE CARRIER UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT.
CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUSTAINED IN TRANSIT MUST, THEREFORE, BE MADE UPON THE CARRIER AS FOLLOWS.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE:
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE MEANS LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH DOES NOT BECOME APPARENT UNTIL THE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN UNPACKED. THE CONTENTS MAY BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT DUE TO ROUGH HANDLING EVEN THOUGH THE CARTON MAY NOT SHOW EXTREME DAMAGE. WHEN THE DAMAGE IS DISCOVERED UPON UNPACKING, MAKE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR INSPECTION BY THE CARRIER'S AGENT WITHIN FIFTEEN SAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. THEN FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER SINCE SUCH DAMAGE IS THE CARRIER'S RESPONSIBILITY. BY FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY, WE
GUARANTEE OUR FULL SUPPORT OF YOUR CLAIMS TO PROTECT AGAINST LOSS FROM CONCEALED DAMAGE.
VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE:
ANY EXTERNAL EVIDENCE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL OR EXPRESS RECEIPT, AND SIGNED BY THE CARRIER'S
AGENT. FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY DESCRIBE SUCH EXTERNAL EVIDENCE OF LOSS OR DAMAGE MAY RESULT IN THE CARRIER REFUSING TO HONOR A DAMAGE CLAIM.
THE FORM REQUIRED TO FILE SUCH A CLAIM WILL BE
SUPPLIED BY THE CARRIER.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO US
FILE YOUR CLAIM AS ABOVE AND INFORM US TO FOLLOW-UP
